The PMP® Certification Training Program offered by Corvit is delivered under the EU Qualification Alignment in Project Management (EU-QUAL-PM) initiative. This program is part of the Talent Partnership with Pakistan (TP-P), jointly supported by the European Union and BMZ, and implemented by GIZ.
This internationally aligned training program is designed to prepare professionals for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification while enhancing their employability in both local and European labour markets. The initiative focuses on building globally relevant project management competencies, supporting workforce mobility, and enabling safe, legal, and skills-based migration pathways to EU member states.
By combining internationally recognised standards, expert-led instruction, and structured exam preparation, this program enables participants to confidently pursue PMP® certification and global project management careers.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all PMP® exam domains in line with the latest PMBOK® standards
- Develop practical, job-ready project management skills aligned with European labour market needs
- Design and document essential project artefacts, including charters, schedules, budgets, and risk plans
- Apply globally accepted methodologies for managing scope, cost, quality, and project risks
- Analyse and respond effectively to scenario-based PMP® exam questions using proven strategies

- Accumulate the required 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for PMP® exam eligibility
