Brand Associate
We are looking for a Brand/Digital Media Associate to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology.
Job description:
- Execute strategies to build lasting digital connections with consumers
and prospects - Monitor and manage the company’s presence across all social media
platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube - Coordinate with the design team to create optimized content for
various platforms - Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools
- Manage the online community across all social media platforms,
fostering engagement and relationships - Ensure all leads received through social media channels are addressed
promptly and appropriately - Handle direct queries from clients, ensuring timely and professional
responses - Assist in content writing and support the Brand Manager with day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing social media channels for an organization or
brand using tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager and Hootsuite - Meta Certification
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
