Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote training programs.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate organizations and individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into enrolments.
• Organize promotional events, webinars, and training sessions.
• Work closely with the training team to align marketing strategies with course offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the training or education sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
