Assistant Brand Manager
Seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to support marketing operations, manage brand campaigns, and maintain consistent digital presence. Must have experience in digital marketing, SEO, and project management.
Overview:
The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Marketing Department in managing brand activities, executing digital campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. This role requires a creative thinker with strong digital marketing, SEO, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Oversee all social media channels and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.
- Generate new, viral-worthy content ideas to boost organic reach and brand awareness.
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies that effectively promote company products and services.
- Manage projects by coordinating with designers, copywriters, and digital teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery of external projects.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking, organic visibility, and online performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights for brand improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, campaign results, and prepare performance reports for management.
- Assist the Marketing/Brand team with day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or digital media.
- Basic understanding of Digital Media Agency operations and projects management
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and understanding of app/web development processes.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Meta Blueprint or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.
