Associate Web Developer

Position Overview: This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in building professional websites using WordPress with Elementor. The candidate should be skilled in translating designs from Figma and Adobe XD into fully functional and responsive WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop landing pages and complete websites using WordPress & Elementor Pro
• Convert Figma/XD designs into responsive and functional websites
• Implement and customize WordPress plugins including form plugins, WooCommerce, and Elementor Add-Ons
• Optimize website performance through image optimization and best practices
• Write and modify CSS for custom website elements, including working with classes, pseudo-classes, and state changes
• Manage website updates using staging environments
• Handle website migrations between environments and hosting platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
• Proficiency in working with WordPress plugins and Elementor add-ons
• Working knowledge of CSS for website customization
• Experience with website migration and staging environments
• Understanding of website optimization techniques
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with WooCommerce implementations and form plugins
• Familiarity with version control systems
• Portfolio demonstrating WordPress projects (personal or professional)
