Brand Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand initiatives and marketing campaigns across the company and its subsidiaries.
Overview:
This role will oversee brand strategy, lead generation, performance marketing, creative direction, and an in-house digital agency while managing global teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate blends brand leadership with performance-driven marketing, a strong understanding of user experience, and excellent communication skills to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Define and manage brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across the company and its subsidiaries
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned
with business and growth objectives - Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
Creative Direction & Content Strategy
- Lead creative direction for content creation across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and performance campaigns
- Guide content strategy, storytelling, and tone of voice across all marketing communications
- Oversee content writing to ensure clarity, relevance, and alignment with brand objectives
UI/UX & User Journey Optimization
- Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to ensure strong user flows and UI/UX best practices
- Provide marketing input on website structure, landing pages, and conversion journeys
- Ensure digital experiences are optimized for engagement and lead conversion
In-House Digital Agency & Project Management
- Lead and manage the in-house digital and creative team as an internal agency
- Oversee end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and delivery standards
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Own and manage lead generation strategies across digital channels
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and conversion optimization
- Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Team Leadership & Global Collaboration
- Manage, mentor, and develop marketing teams, including global and remote members
- Set KPIs, track performance, and support professional growth
- Foster collaboration across regions, time zones, and diverse teams
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Act as a key point of contact for marketing initiatives and strategic alignment
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Certifications from Google and Meta (Blueprint)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and conversion journeys
- Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation
- Experience managing global or distributed teams
- Excellent content writing, creative direction, and storytelling skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Familiarity with modern marketing technologies and digital platform
