Customer Success Associate

In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring the seamless implementation and use of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, text, email, and live chat.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with deployment, ensuring efficient onboarding and driving product adoption through effective training.
• Assess client needs, perform market research, and prepare documentation to support product development and client success initiatives.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to the development team, providing insights for product improvements.
• Set up demo accounts and facilitate feature testing in demo environments.
• Create client communication materials and oversee the development of instructional videos/articles for self-service learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer support, preferably within SaaS products.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to laptops and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
• A customer-focused mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work quickly, attentively, and with accuracy.
