(EU-QUAL-PM) – PMP® Certification Training
This training is part of the EU Qualification Alignment in Project Management (EU-QUAL-PM) initiative under the Talent Partnership with Pakistan (TP-P) — jointly funded by the European Union and BMZ, and implemented by GIZ.
The project equips Pakistani youth with internationally recognized PMP® certification training, aiming to enhance employability, strengthen migration governance, and create pathways to legal and safe migration to EU Member States.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Understand all PMP® Exam Content Outline (ECO) domains aligned with the PMBOK® Guide
Build work-ready competencies highly demanded in EU countries
Create project charters, develop schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Use international frameworks for scope, cost, quality, and risk management
Solve scenario-based questions and master exam-taking strategies
Complete multiple mock exams and real-world case studies
Fulfil the required 35 PDUs for PMP® exam eligibility
Manage stakeholders, teams & communication using best practices
Apply project management tools and techniques used globally across industries
