We are looking for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Associate.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring the seamless implementation and use of our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, text, email, and live chat.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with deployment, ensuring efficient onboarding and driving product adoption through effective training.
- Assess client needs, perform market research, and prepare documentation to support product development and client success initiatives.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the development team, providing insights for product improvements.
- Set up demo accounts and facilitate feature testing in demo environments.
- Create client communication materials and oversee the development of instructional videos/articles for self-service learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer support, preferably within SaaS products.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to laptops and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- A customer-focused mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work quickly, attentively, and with accuracy.
