We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our IT products and services to businesses, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients in the IT industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all sales inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s IT products and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, and other IT solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and proposals to clients, showcasing how our solutions can address their specific business needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and technical teams to ensure successful product launches and effective promotional strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sale support by addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferably in IT Sales.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
